| The use of mills was very important in the village economy development until the first half in the XX. Nowadays they are edifications which fall in disuse and in many cases there is not almost remains of it, but which are neccessary to preserve by its historical contribution. In the district council, most of them are the heirs, ownership of several families which shared out the hours of milling . Moreover, a person is in charge of the neccessary repairings , maintenance and its keys
There existed also the individuals of just one owner or the family of maquía in which foreign people milled in return for the flour.
